1. Make sure your VR video is over-under equirectangular format at an aspect ratio of 1:1.
2. No letter/pillarboxing is recommended, with all pixels used.
3. Be sure the resulting image is horizontally stretched.
4. Re-encode the VR video before uploading to YouTube at a higher bitrate (150mbps) when there are some artifacts.
